On February 10, 2012, Monkee Davy Jones called into Jimmy Dee’s morning show in Vineland, NJ for a chat. Davy sounded full of life, happy, and looking forward to his daughters wedding in June, and a future tour with The Monkees.
He was planning another tour for The Monkee’s and he said that ”I’m looking forward to that part of my life.”
On February 29, 2012, TMZ is reporting that Davy Jones passed away from a heart attack.
